We’ve displayed a sashiko-embroidered “koinobori” (carp streamer) in the lobby.
“Koinobori” is a Japanese custom that has continued since the Edo period, where carp streamers are hung from the eaves of homes to pray for the healthy growth of boys.
At “Apartment Hotel DIG the OSAKA,” you can see a “koinobori” made using the traditional Japanese embroidery technique “sashiko” for a limited time.
