Apartment Hotel ‘DIG the OSAKA’ to Open on June 30, 2025

Station Hotel Co., Ltd., based in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, will open a new apartment-style hotel, “DIG the OSAKA”, in the Kishibe area of Suita City, Osaka, on Monday, June 30, 2025.
“DIG the OSAKA” is located in the northern part of Osaka—known as Osaka-Hokusetsu—about a 10‑minute train ride from Shin‑Osaka Station. It offers excellent access as a hub for touring the Kansai region.
More than half of the guest rooms are equipped with in-room laundry facilities, making it comfortable for guests staying multiple nights or on extended stays. Of the six room types available—67 rooms in total—you can choose based on your travel style: not just Western-style rooms, but also tatami-matted rooms and a “Two‑Bedroom Family Apartment” that accommodates up to four guests.
The concept of this “local city guide for enjoying Osaka-Hokusetsu” reflects the region’s character: rich in nature, clearly distinct seasons, dotted with art venues and experiential facilities, and featuring carefully curated dining options. With the unique perspective of a locally born hotel, it specializes in introducing guests to the charms of Osaka-Hokusetsu, offering a stay that reveals a new side of Osaka.
Shared Lounge “HOP” on the 1st Floor — For a Deeper, Enriched Stay
Lounge** “HOP” is exclusive to hotel guests and provides an original recommended map of Osaka-Hokusetsu. Staff carefully select and introduce not only popular local spots within walking distance of the hotel but also must-visit locations centered around the Osaka-Hokusetsu area. You can relax with a welcome drink while planning your travel.
The lounge features a shared kitchen available for guests. If you purchase gourmet items from nearby shops and serve them on the provided Japanese tableware (available to borrow), you can enjoy “everyday Japanese life” right here in Osaka-Hokusetsu.
At night, locally beloved craft beers are available for purchase.
Music played from vinyl records adds to the unique and relaxing evening atmosphere, making your stay even more special.

With a layout ideal for group travelers, the room combines modern comfort with Japanese aesthetics, offering a relaxing and culturally rich stay.
